About JD Denham

I've faced my share of battles. Not just with fitness, but with addiction too. Getting sober was one of the toughest things I've ever done but it gave me the clarity and drive to completely overhaul my life. By the grace of God, I found the strength to turn it all around. Today I'm stronger, fitter, and more energized than I've ever been. And I built Warrior-Makers Coaching to share everything I've learned with you.

My Biggest Motivation? My Family.

I have two young sons and a granddaughter. I want to be there for every moment to watch them grow and to be the role model they deserve. Getting in shape was never just about me. It's for them. That's what drives me every single day.

About William Haas

From a young age, competition and discipline have defined my life. I played Division-1 football, was drafted to play professional baseball straight out of high school, and hold a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. I'm also a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer with a dual-major Bachelor's degree and have built seven successful businesses since starting my first company at 21.

But my greatest lessons didn't come from a field or a classroom. They came from life.

My Greatest Transformation

One of the defining chapters of my life has been overcoming a devastating addiction. Today I've been sober for over five years rebuilt through discipline, accountability, and relentless consistency. That experience reshaped everything I believe about strength, success, and what it really means to grow as a man. Talent means very little. Hard work, consistency, and the willingness to keep moving forward when things get uncomfortable that's what builds real strength. Those lessons are the backbone of everything we do at Warrior-Makers.

My Philosophy

Do something every day that scares you or makes you uncomfortable. Because doing hard things builds hard men.

Fitness isn't just about looking better. It's about building the mindset that carries into every part of your life your career, your relationships, your family, and your ability to handle pressure. If you want to be happier, go get six-pack abs. Not because the abs will make you happy but because of the man you have to become to earn them.

My Family

At the end of the day, everything I do is for my family. My fiancée Allie and my son River, who is 9 years old, are my greatest motivation to show up every single day and be the man they deserve.
